The NSS unit of the college is taking steps to make the campus of the college a smoking-free space. Besides a poster campaign against smoking on the campus , frisking of the students and  confiscation of cigarette packets and lighters is being carried out under the  “Smoking-Free Campus Initiative” of the NSS Unit of the college. -NSS Program Officer.
